Country name is not change after selecting from header.

Its great plugin!!
I am using this plugin for different cities instead of countries. and its work as per my expectations.
But I have some issues on my site, I configure it on the header part. but after select every city price will be changed according to city but in selection its shows the same first city name (defult city). Please suggest for this issue.
