Country List mistake

Hi!

First, thank you so much for this plugin, it is so helpful!

Then I would like to point out to you that in the country list, Taiwan is referred as a China province. Which is not the case. This might seem like a ridiculous request, but I work in Taiwan as an expat and it is actually very important. I doubt that you have any tie with the Chinese government, so would you please remove that?
