Clicking to WooCommerce/Home menu, always takes me to the WooCommerce setup-wizard:
    https://wordpress.mysite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-admin&path=%2Fsetup-wizard

This is likely because the Country drop-down list is empty, there are no countries listed.
Because I can not select any country, the country field remains empty, so the form does not allow further by pressing the Continue button.

It is a new WordPress v6.1.1 installation, with WooCommerce v7.3.0.
Currently I selected Mega Store Woocommerce v1.3 theme, but also tried others, but all results the same missing country list problem.

I also tried to reinstall WordPress and WooCommerce, but I faced the same problem with missing country list.

    Hi @roxannestoltz ,

I deactivated all plugins except WooCommerce.
    Upgraded WooCommerce to v1.4.1.
Downloaded storefront.4.2.0.zip theme, uploaded to WordPress, theme Storefront activated.

Still the same error in WooCommerce/Home:
There was an error getting your inbox. Please try again.

    Installed WP STAGING plugin, activated.

    Created a staged site.
The WooCommerce/Home page of the staged site shows now correctly:
    Welcome to Store
Follow these steps to start selling quickly. 2 out of 6 complete.

Why the WooCommerce/Home page of the staged site works, but the original not?

    Hello @klorinczi,

Can you please check if there are any browser console errors on the live site?

Also, have you tried clearing your browser’s cache?

Look forward to hearing back from you.

    Hi,

My collegue solved this error by turning on the following setting:
Settings / Permalinks / Permalink structure / Plain

    If I change to
Settings / Permalinks / Permalink structure / Post name

    this results to show
“There was an error getting your inbox. Please try again.”
    in menu WooCommerce / Home
    on URL
    https://wordpress.mysite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-admin

    The error is reproducible.

Do you have idea what causes this when using permalinks?

    Hi @klorinczi ,

I am unable to reproduce this issue on my test site which uses the latest version of WooCommerce and WordPress, as the WooCommerce →? Home page is loading as expected when my permalink structure is set to Post name.

Would you mind sharing an updated copy of your sites System Status report, as well as any fatal errors found under WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs.

We can take a closer look to see if there may be anything within your sites current environment that may be causing this issue.

    Cheers!
