Country code number is not showing in the contact form

As I have installed your plugin everything is worked like it is showing the country flag, dropdown. But the country code number is not showing in the input field, I have enabled the option in the way the default flag will be according to the user’s system IP address. But country code number is disabled, how can I enable it
