Country Blocking Plugin

Hey guys,

Quick question: Does this paid plugin act as a barrier for apache before any unwanted spam requests are processed by apache thus consuming resources?

I noticed the more IP addresses I blacklist in my .htaccess file the more memory is consumed. Every time these shit heads try accessing a file that’s forbidden, apache processes these unnecessary requests. The outcome? Many unwanted and illegitimate requests processed by Apache which takes a hit on my server’s memory. My access log file also grows for every failed spamming attempt.

Concern: I am trying to find a way to ward off such nagging requests before the traffic ever even hits my web server (i.e. before Apache is even triggered). I am hoping this paid plugin can do just that!
