country and phone no fields are not displaying on ccavenue payment page

  • Hello Nilesh,

    I am not getting 2 fields populated in the Shipping Address field on the payment page of CCAvenue.

    Country and phone no fields are not displaying on ccavenue payment page.

    Please let me know how I can resolve this issue.

    Hi Mayank,

    we are sending these value to ccAvenue, but some time they recognize it and auto fill those values on their end and sometimes they ask to fill all the values, if possible can you please check with ccAvenue support team and ask for the same as we are already passing those values while making the payment.
