    Hello,

after update we have issues with counting of international delivery fees.

    Use case:

Settings of international delivery is to allow Slovakia (or any Country without state field)

In the checkout, no matter if end-user select shipping or fulfill billing address, important is that once he input Slovakia (or any other country without State), the shipment asks to fulfill all required fields (so State field is missing at frontend, but its still *required field).

This is critical issue, when do you expect to fix that? Proper answer is at place. We have many plugins from woocommerce, and to be honest – disabling support forum at own pages since 06/2015 due “high number of issues” – this has nothing to do with seriousity.

International Flat Rate (without selected countries) not working at all with your last update. Its major issue – it simply doesnt appear as an option in cart/checkout when enabled.

We didnt tested having selected countries – it will be no use case in our platform.

Last known working one was 3.13 we tested it step by step from snapshop reversed from 22.08.

Are you working on fix? I would really appreciate any update here…

Just tested. Slovakia hides state field (correct) and checks out without it (correct). You must have some other code/plugin running breaking this..? Can you check.

Hello mike, we found root. Here is the description.

When you update from 3.13 to 4.x and at 3.13 you had international flat rate enabled, Handling fee input field is empty after update.

This causes that international delivery is not shown at all even when updated.

In 3.x version there was 0 as gray input, after update there is no initial data.

After we fulfill the input field with 0, International flat deliver started to appear.

NOTE: The 0 value make sense to any eMarketplace theme, where users can create own shops and define deliveries per shop. We have one – makery..

I assume to put into code dummy 0 value for international flat rate by default….

Price does need to be set to show the method. So yes entering 0 will work.
