Countries setting is restricting billing address

    Our woo commerce site sells products withing Ireland, so we’ve restricted to the Ireland area. But if someone wants to buy a gift on the site for someone in Ireland (like the USA or France) the countries setting in Woo commerce is restricting the billing address for the purchaser. How can I allow someone anywhere in the world to place an order for someone in Ireland, while keeping the settings that allow only delivery to Ireland.

    There is a setting for this. Please navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > General, and set your Selling location(s) and Shipping location(s) as below. That way, anyone can purchase products as long as their shipping address is within Ireland.
