    Good morning,

I recently installed SlimStat for my www.remarpro.com blog/website and while I love the plugins and detail it gives, I noticed it is tracking my own views. I tested this by going to a few pages on my blog and then going back to SlimStat and it showed views on those pages (right now my website is pretty small so it’s unlikely to be a coincidence). I do have the option checked off in the settings to not count views as an administrator but it still is doing this.

Help would be great because I really like the plugin so far, but sometimes I view my own posts and page and want my stats to be as accurate as possible.

    Hi,

you might want to exclude your visits by IP address, so that the tracker can recognize you even when you’re not logged in. If you’re logged in, and the corresponding option is in place, then it should NOT track you. Is that correct?

    Jason
