    If you select new errors then clear them, they add up correctly to the overall tally.

    However, I suspect most people – myself included – just select the checkbox at the top, which selects 20 items by default.

    Point being, if you only have 4 errors and select 20 items, it clears the errors properly, but adds 16 ghost errors to the total.

    While it isn’t a problem really, just thought it was worth mentioning in case it’s an easy fix? It would at least prevent crazy high error counts, which might unfairly apportion blame to the AMP plugin.

    Thanks in advance.

  • @davwaiguy Thanks for the suggestion. I don’t see the additional false errors myself, what version of the plugin are you using? If possible can you take some screenshots or a video or the issue. We can then log the suggestion to the amp-wp Github repository, which would be the most appropriate channel to action such changes.

    @jamesosborne Sorry. My mistake, you are correct. It actually adds the errors up before they are cleared. So if you have 6 errors, then tick the box for 20, it says 20 errors accepted, but it doesn’t add the 16 ghost errors because the caclulation is already made.

    Thanks for clarifying this.

    @davwaiguy No problem at all
