I have also heard from my hosting to be sure and I confirm that WP CRON is up and running.

Unfortunately, however, the abandoned cart count is not working.

Maybe I’m wrong to use your plugin? In my case I send directly to checkout and skip the cart.

Maybe the cart is required to work properly?

I am sending people directly to checkout too and it was working fine. But it stopped work.

Plugin captures the emails from the checkout page, and the cart page is not required to collect the abandoned order.

Can you please check if there is any console error on the checkout page?

If possible, can you please share the checkout page link here so we can check it once?
