Counting and displaying clicks

  • Hey all,

    What I’m trying to do seems simple enough, but I can’t find any resources to help me out. What I want is a way to count the number of times a link is clicked, then display that number next to the link. Like how many times an image has been viewed, or file downloaded, or just the link being clicked.

    I’ve looked into several hit counter plugins like wp-click-tracker, counterize, etc.

    These are great plugins but I don’t know how to get them the work the way that I want. Any help is greatly appreciated!
