Counters are confusing

    Counters at CleanTalk website Anti-Spam service: Approved / SPAM / SpamFireWall are completely different to what I see in my WP dashboard and in the 7 days Anti-Spam stats graph.

    Is it possible to obtain an explanation what each and every counter actually counts, why they show different results and which counts are displayed in 7 day statistics graph?

    About the meaning of the numbers in the top menu (screenshot).

    • 1 – The total number of Anti-Spam events (does not include SpamFireWall events).
    • 2 – The total number of Security events.
    • 3 – The number of admins online.

    About the discrepancy between the numbers in the site dashboard (top menu and widget) and in the CleanTalk dashboard. We are working on it. We will let you know when the timing is known.

    Could you specify in which numbers the discrepancy occurs for you?
