Counterize Timezone Different From Site's?

It just reset, so it happens at Midnight Zulu/GMT and I haven’t found anywhere to adjust that.

Also, there seems to be a blank period in the few hours after reset than nothing gets counted for some reason.

I’m also having this issue and would love to resolve the time zone thing.
