counterize plugin – restrict access to only administrator

is there any way possible to limit the “counterize” plugin to only the admin?

i do not desire to allow anyone except the admin to have this information for my site.

right now, it looks like even a contributor has access and could possibly delete the entire database.

any help would be appreciated.
