Sorry for the late reply please go to plugins > plugin editor select Counter Number Showcase plugin and go to inc > admin > add-counter-box-js-footer.php file line number 26 replace below code with the new code

	   revert: false,
 });

To

jQuery('#mybox').sortable({
	  
	   revert: true,
	   handle: ":not(input)",
	 
 }).disableSelection();
