Counter not working

    Hello,

    the Counter is always at 0 and not counting. Maybe someone can help me with this issue.

    It is combined with Ultimate Member and not visible.

    Maybe make a test Download, that is not behind the Ultimate Member, and place it on a test page so we can have a look?

    Are you by any chance trying, on the non-test page, with an admin account? Admin downloads are not taken into consideration.

    If you wish to take admin downloads into consideration, please add this filter in your child theme in the functions.php file:

    add_filter( ‘dlm_log_ignore_admin_download_count’, ‘__return_false’ );
