Counter not displaying at all

    I created a new counter and on my page I just inserted a block and pasted this code:
    [COUNTER_NUMBER id=3378]

    Nothing is displayed.

    When creating the counter I just gave it a name. When editing I cannot change the value to which it must count.

    When creating it the default is 4000+

  • Hi @ericus2307,

    We have tested our plugin with Hueman theme and it is working properly. This maybe issue of confliction with other plugins so please try to deactivate other plugin one by one and see at what instance it works let us know.
