Exact same issue, another member had the same issue about a week ago. I suspect that something is off or Facebook changed something.

I have contacted the Mashare support by email. Tried their tutorial by deactivating the share count + using debug mode for more than 24 hours but issue remains.

    Thanks

    Good morning,

Problem is caused by the facebook rate limit. We have an idea how to resolve this and will come with a solution hopefully soon.

    Facebook says

Thanks for reaching out. I think your app has reach access limit to facebook server. As you may know, we have a throttling system to control incoming request volume so that our server will not be overloaded. I suggest you to carefully read through this doc: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api/advanced/rate-limiting (or if you are using marketing api: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/marketing-api/api-rate-limiting) to check if your app send request within the limitation there. Notice that a spike in request volume can easily trigger the alarm and your app will be blocked for a short period of time. If you have more question about app request limit, please let me know.

and then? what should I do?

    P.s but whatsapp

It isn’t counted? you don’t have an internal counter?
