Counter is not working

  • I just got the Love button plug in!
    I tottaly love how it looks but it doesnt seem to be working!

    Its good for sharing but the counter does not work!

    Although I click and I share, it still shows a 0.

    Any ideas on how to solve this problem? Because I really like it and I dont want to change it!

    Do you have running a caching plugin?
    If yes, try to disable database/query caching or disable the complete plugin, clear your browser cache and check it again.

    If it still dont work, please send me an email (cs(at)delucks.com) with a temporary admin account, your admin url and your username ‘MechiPieretti’, so i can take a look!

    I dont have any caching plugins!
    Is there anything else we could try?

    ive send you an email a few weeks ago. To check your case it would be helpful to take a look directly into your wordpress system.
    I need a temp admin account for that.

    Hello!! Thanks for writing, I just got the 2.0.3 pluggin and the counter is still not working !

    Counter won’t work.

    Hm.. very strange :-/

    Can you check the Settings page and reselect the groups on the option “Only count clicks for this groups”!?

    The button will count only for the selected groups!
