• I would like to first start off with saying the plugin has worked great, and I will gladly increase my star rating once a solution to this problem is fixed.

    I noticed that once I set the countdown, it will go back to the beginning each time I refresh the page.

    For example, lets say I set the countdown to 8 hours. When I go to my website, I see that the starting time is 8 hours, and it begins to count down. If I re-fresh the page, the counter starts back at 8 hours. The countdown should never increase when refreshing the website.

    UPDATE: The plugin creator replied within an hour after my review, and spent time looking into the problem. The problem was my own fault, as I did not have the Start Date set correctly. This plugin works great. It does have limited options which some may like, and other may dislike.

    Anyway, I will test what you’re saying and release an update if there is a real issue. Until that, could you please post a screenshot with the settings of the countdown timer?

    Did some tests in Google Chrome and looks like it’s working fine. Still waiting for the screenshot and also… your browser name/version (maybe it happens just in some browsers).

    Keep in mind that:
    1. Start date (from module settings) is used just to calculate the end date
    2. End date = start date + countdown details (days, hours, minutes)

    On frontend, the countdown = end date – present datetime

    Hi George,

    I was unaware that you provided support VIA tickets. That was my fault. I have brought my rating up to 4/5 since you have replied so fast, and are willing to fix this problem so thank you.

    For some reason the Start Date did not save, so it was blank. As soon as I re-entered the start date, the problem was instantly fixed.
