  • Hi @elarpa,

Please don’t use special character because our plugin does not support special character.

    Thanks!

    Thank you for your message.

What special character? If you mean the German characters in the text it worked just fine with those before crashing.

And the problem is exactly the same in the English version, which does not have any special characters. See this link:
    https://andalucia.autentical.com/test/

    So what is the problem?

    Hi @elarpa,

Sir please share the screenshot of the entered value in counter plugin.

    Thanks!

I cannot see any way of adding a file or a picture here, so therefore I copy the text on under “Edit Counter” here:

    Edit Counter Add New Counter
    Counter Design Template
    ADD COUNTER NUMBER

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/autentical/web/autentical.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/counter-number-showcase/inc/admin/add-counter-box.php on line 69

    Add New Counterbox
    Delete All
    Counter Number Shortcode
Use below shortcode in any Page/Post to publish your Colorbox
    [COUNTER_NUMBER id=2559]

    Problem solved.

It turned out to be an SSL error caused in the process of installing a SSL certificate, so nothing to do with the plugin itself. Sorry for the inconvenience.

By the way: Your plugin is working just fine with special characters in the text.

    Hi @elarpa,

When you add counter number title, you are using special character like (“”,”,\\,{},[],<>,?,:,;) so it create error so don’t use it.

    Thanks!

After shifting to SSL the counter number has dissappeared:

    Edit Counter Add New Counter
    Counter Design Template
    ADD COUNTER NUMBER

    Add New Counterbox
    Delete All
    Counter Number Shortcode
Use below shortcode in any Page/Post to publish your Colorbox
    [COUNTER_NUMBER id=2559]

It is gone… No error message – just gone. Empty. The counter title is there, but when I want to edit it there is nothing to edit…

Isn’t the plugin compatible with SSL?

Yes, now it is there. I created the counter again from scratch.
The old one had disappeared and was nowhere to find….

    Hi @elarpa,

Sounds good, if you have any other query let me know.

    Thanks!
