Counter bug

    Hello,

    I wan’t to hide that counter that I don’t know where it is comming from. I checked the selection of hide the counter but still shows a counter. The interesting fact is that is not actually showing the total votes but the {contra} votes.
    When adding a text in the description of the vote, it repeat two times the counter.
    I already did the maintenance available at the plugin system section and didnt fixed the error.
    If someone could help me I would be very gratefull.

    Hi @humanhabitus

    you are using a cache which probably causes problems. For example, I can’t even vote on your site, or it takes a very long time to vote.

    I can’t reproduce the error with me right now and I haven’t received any messages from others about it yet. Which is why I assume that there is some other plugin or theme colliding with Helpful.

    The target page is also not provided as https. Something doesn’t seem to be right with you either?

    The maintenance only deletes erroneous entries, but does not change any texts or existing functions.
