Counter counts incorrectly

Hello, Admin has made a change to the plugin that we don’t like at all. Instead of one user, 15 users are counted. I’ve already searched the source code but haven’t found the place. Can someone help me? Unfortunately I can’t post a link to our site, it runs locally
