Countdown timer not working

I just set up the plugin, set the time use the now button and set it for 2 hours. Went to an incognito window and the Maintenance mode window is up and I see the countdown timer working. I am in MST time zone, but people in the EST timezone only see zeros on the timer, any way to fix this? Thanks.
