Countdown Timer not appearing in menu for non admin, e.g. shop manager

Hi, I purchased the Sales Countdown Timer and am testing here locally. It is all working perfectly so happy with that. However, I need to make the functionality accessible to a shop manager but currently the menu item is only visible to the administrator role. When I log in with the shop manager role the menu item is not visible. The countdown timer needs to be added in conjunction with products so need to make accessible to shop managers. Can this be supported?
