Countdown timer and Youtube video not working

Okay – some additional info

-I have disable all plugins and it seems it has nothing to do with the plugin

– When i switch to a default theme – it works fine BUT the subscribe form isn’t allowing me to input anything

– The template and form works fine on mobile devices

So , i’m guessing it’s the theme . i’ve changed it back to my customized theme to give u guys a look on the error i’m facing .Please help to fix this asap.
