Countdown problems on live auction

    Hi,

    Some bidders can see the live bids, while others still see countdown as if auction has not started yet. Very concerning so bidders think there are no bids/ saying auction hasn’t started yet when really it has.

    Need help asap.

  • I also have countdown timer issues, I was told it was supposed to get fixed with the new release, hopefully soon because my customers get very confused!

    Are you using free or PRO version? We think that you are using PRO version and this forum is meant for only free plugin queries. And with regards to countdown problem for PRO, we had released its fix few weeks back and if there is any specific question regarding it, then please do get in touch using our PRO support.
