Countdown on recurring events not correct

    The countdown on recurring events shows a countdown to the current event.
    but does not show a countdown correctly on the future events.
    and it is not calculating time correctly.

    for example:
    we have a comedy night every Sunday at 8:30pm.
    The first comedy night is Nov 15th 2020 at 8:30
    The countdown should read 4 days 3 hours…
    but it says 3 days 8 hours…
    (yes my time zones are correctly set in WP)

    and then when you look at the next event for next Sunday the 22nd
    The countdown still says 3 days 8 hours.
    when it should say
    10 days 15 hours.
    ?
    please advise.

    Hi @jakobe75,

    I’ve tested it and didn’t see any issue, please use the latest version of MEC, if your issue persists again, please send screenshot from the list below:

    1. Single event > Date and time tab
    2. Single Events > Repeating Tab
    3. MEC Settings > General Options
    4. MEC Settings > Single Event
    5. Send a live URL from your issue

    For troubleshooting, deactivate all your plugins and let the MEC remain active only, set your theme on default, then reload the page, if the issue was solved, then activate your plugins one by one and your theme, refresh your page and check to see which plugin is causing the issue.
