Countdown not showing

    Hi,

    I have two issues :
    1 – I can’t manage to get the countdown to show, I just see an empty space.
    2- When I add the event to google calendar or ical, the link to the zoom session doesn’t seem to appear directly in my calendar. Is there a way to do this ?

    Hi,

    1) We didn’t detect any restriction with the countdown on our end as we have checked the default appearance from our testing environment. With the proper settings and WordPress environment, there won’t be any restriction with countdown. We recommend you to check via activating one of the WordPress default themes and via deactivating all of your site extra and caching plugins. Moreover, make sure that you have properly created Webinar, for details check the following link

    2) There is no such kind of feature in the plugin by default. We will try to include such kind of extra features into the plugin in our future updates
