Shame on you. I’ve been trying to get the free version to work for a couple of months now. I’ve provided versions, framework information and everything needed to identify the problem. I sent emails and posted in support forums. I see where he committed to upgrades to 3.7 as recent as a week ago.

This developer could at least respond to questions. He won’t even waste his time to provide a simple line of code on how it hooks in a template to make it show. I have earlier posted that I wanted to buy if I can get this fixed to test the plug-in. NO REPLY AT ALL!!! He indicates on his website that there is NO REFUNDS if you buy. Of course buying the upgrade states that you get 1 year of support. Why would anyone pay to upgrade if you can’t be bothered to support your own free test version? Really!?

I don’t understand your point. You have not provided enough information about your issue. I cannot discover what issue you have.

Not resolved. Not hooking in any theme.

Sorry, but you never bothered to ask for more detail from any of my requests. I did post several times over months asking for help and provided deeply detailed information and still no response. Today I visited your website in an attempt to view the demo page source to then hard code links to my installed countdown .js and .css in the head of my theme, but you seem to have taken down the demo.

As I posted…the javacript or css files don’t load in the header when activated. THEREFORE the counter doesn’t show on page, post or custom post types. Doesn’t matter if WP 2012 or 2013 or a 3rd party theme. I use Gantry Framework/Bootstraped for my primary theme. I’ve altered default themes and NOTHING. Is that not clear?
