Countdown error – adding a year

    Just starting with the plug-in. We’re adding a countdown to 30 October 2020.

    The Live Preview displayed correctly (i.e just over a year) but once the timer was saved the first time, the preview showed TWO years, not one.

    Yes, we’re sure the timer set for 2020 <g>. Have a screen shot to confirm.
    Check out https://office-watch.com/2019/dont-panic-office-2010-support-ends-in-a-year-from-now/ with the live (currently incorrect) counter.

    Can’t see a way to workaround this. Otherwise we really like the plugin and would like to continue using it.

    I’m afraid that didn’t work. I cleared the caches and saved the countdown again. Both the page and Live Preview. I’ll be around over the weekend if you’d like to try again.

    Could you please temporary deactivate your page cache temporary, i need to debug a js code on your side.

    Sorry for the delay. I’ve just turned off Cloudflare cache (Sat 7:40pm UTC). Can’t turn off the ISP’s cache by adding ?nocache=1 to the URL.

    Dear @peterdeegan,

    I have tried like that but unfortunately i cant again do debug our script.
    If it’s possible please disable your cache a short time to help me debug and understand an issue.

    Unfortunately, the Web host doesn’t allow the cache to be disabled. Only the URL suffis mentioned above.
