    Hey,
    I’m using the countdown widget on a custom single event page, strictly following your Overriding guide:

    https://webnus.net/dox/modern-events-calendar/overriding-mec-single-event-page/

    I tried to use the countdown widget:

    // Countdown Widget
    $single->display_countdown_widget($single_event_main);

    Problem is that it counts to the wrong timezone. It needs to be “Berlin/Europe” in my case (GMT+1). So it’s always off by one hour. Also I chose in the event edit options (backend) the “global settings” option. But where are these global settings? Can you even modify them in MEC Lite? I can just switch between Plain Style and Flip style in the settings.

    Strangely the global settings option leads to the countdown counting until the end of the event, not the beginning.

    Any advise?

    Okay, sorry, that wasn’t an issue at all. It was my mistake, I messed up the dates with custom code. The countdown widget is working just fine! ??

    Only need to know about the second issue with the global settings, thank you. ??
