Countdown button isn't show

Hi,
I have set up a new style with uji-countdown but when I go to the page to insert de countdown I can’t find the button. I try to use this shortcode:
[ujicountdown id=”inizio” expire=”2015/04/20 00:00″ hide=”true” url=””]
but it doesn’t work.
My wordpress version is 3.8.5. So which could be the cause?
