count number of photos

  • I’d like to have statistic on my site telling users how many photos are posted in my galleries. Not really need to have number pr. category/album, more interested in all together. Having this available as a shortcode where I can insert the value where I need it is most welcome.

    Like “Total number of photos posted: 2750”

    Is this possible?
