• Hi,

on July 23rd I switched from server side tracking to client side tracking. Since that date the plugin doesn’t count the traffic right. E. g. the number of visitors went down from around 6000 a day to 90. Happened on all three of my websites simultaneously (https://deinenergieportal. de, https://sysbus.eu and https://tuttiisensi.de).

Reactivating server side tracking doesn’t change anything. There’s no cache active on the sites. Additionally, the plugin says “Your server limit is too low. Please contact your hosting provider to increase the memory limit.” There were no changes on the hosting side.

The overview & info page says “Current PHP memory consumption 111,608 MB” and (strangley) “Maximum allowed PHP memory -1”.

    Please help!

    Thanks for your message!

Could you please check if Mod Security is enabled on your server?

We look forward to your response.

Thank you. It is possible that this has caused the difference in the statistics..

We’ve made updates to the Client Side in version 14.10.2, which will be released soon. After the update, please test it again and share your results.

Also, ensure that the Bypass Ad Blockers option is enabled in Client Side.

    Hi Amir,

I tried version 14.10.2 with Client Side Tracking and the activated Bypass Ad Blockers option for a few days now. The count went down exactly as before. So unluckily there’s no improvement.

    Hi Amir,

I updated to version 14.10.3 last week and tried again with client-side-tracking and the active bypass adblockers option. No changes, the count went down again.

    Hi Amir,

just for your info: We switched to 14.11.2 last week. No changes. Client-side-tracking doesn’t count correctly (even thoug the bypasss adblockers option is active).

    Best,
