'Count' missing from generated stats

What version of the Shortcodes add-on do you have?

Hi camu, yes SlimStat 3.6 and thte short code is standard:

Most active visitors: [slimstat f=’popular’ w=’user’ lc=’user,count’]
Popular articles (this month): [slimstat f=’popular’ w=’resource’ lf=’content_type equals post’ lc=’post_link,count’]

Can you check your mysql error logs?

Sorry, I wouldn’t know where they were. Our WordPress is hosted on a corporate server so I cannot access certain server based files unfortunately.
