    With the update today I got a message to check the “Count Links”. Well, i did it, click the button. Maybe 600 pages are checked and then the Tool stop working. It`s displaying the status line and nothing happend… 35 pages left to check…

  • Same here, but the plugin got stuck on 10 out of 18 links. Hitting the “Stop counting” button made the dialog box disappear.

    That sounds like a plugin or theme conflict. Can you try and gather as much information for us? Please perform the following:

    1. Run the text link counter analysis again while all the non-Yoast plugins are disabled.
    2. Check for conflicts.
    3. Check for JavaScript errors with your console.

    If you find any JavaScript errors related to Yoast SEO or if there is a conflict with a plugin or a theme, you can create a new issue on GitHub for our developers. Please report the issue to a third party developer as well.
