count is sometimes correct and sometimes incorrect

I’ve seen some similar post here, but wasn’t able to solve this problem from reading them.
I have a low-traffic personal web site. The tweet button counter is really nice because it shows me when people have tweeted my posts, which has caught me by surprise a few times. However, I’ve noticed that while it displays correctly on some posts, on others, the counter shows zero, even though there were some tweets. For example:
https://www.roboturtle.org/?p=4927
This post correctly displays that I tweeted a link to my post.https://www.roboturtle.org/?p=4905
This post was actually tweeted twice, once by me and once by a friend, but it’s still showing zero, even though the post was made hours before the other one.Are there any changes I need to make for the tweet counter to display correctly on all posts?
