Coundown Clock isn't working

The countdown clock doesn’t appear to be working, it’s just displaying “NaNNaNN” over and over. I believe I filled out the notification area properly, but my question is for the time, do I fill out 2300, 23:00, or just 23? I tried all of those and it still didn’t help.
