Couldn't start the chat

  • Not the easiest installation, but when finally I could display the chat on main page it doesn’t work. I haven’t received the messages and didn’t know where to receive them. Maybe it’s a good start but it needs many bugs to be fixed.

    Thank you for downloading our plugin.

    I guess you made some mistakes in setting process. Please check the following items.

    1. Check if app_id & secret key are saved at ‘Milkcocoa Settings’ menu in WordPress
    2. Check if the alert message ‘Logged in as WP-user-name!’ is shown after you save app_id & secret key.
    3. Check if Security Rules is saved at ‘Milkcocoa’s admin page > Security Rule’.
    4. In a case when you still cannot receive the messages, please tell us an error message in DevTools’ console & browser type and version. We will fix the bugs.
