Running WP 4.4 I can’t execute the plugin at all. As soon as I try to access it, I get the following error message: “Couldn’t parse response.”

    Hi there,

The error you are experiencing is caused by a conflict between the two apps. This usually originates either from a third-party plugin or by not meeting the requirements. Make sure that the following requirements for our plugin are met:

    – WordPress 3.4+
    – PHP 5.5+
    – MySQL 5.5.3+ / MariaDB 5.5+
    – PHP Curl extension or another way to make remote requests
    – Enabled clean / SEO friendly URLs

More information can be found in this guide: https://bit.ly/2E4NSbW

If you have any cache plugins, it is always recommended to disable/deactivate them until the page is up. Please make sure to deactivate them and also try seeing if one of your other plugins aren’t also causing this by pausing each one and then again.

Alternatively, please write to us at [email protected] so that our Support team can further troubleshoot this for you.
