Couldn't load the Main XML file.Error #1010

this means that banner can’t load xml or xml generated with error.
try open in your browser xml:
https://YOUR_SITE/wp-content/plugins/flagallery-skins/WIDGET_FOLDER/gallery.php?playlist=PLAYLIST_NAME
YOUR_SITE is your local site url or real site url;
WIDGET_FOLDER is widget folder name you use in sidebar;
PLAYLIST_NAME is filename (without ‘.xml’) of playlist you trying to show in this banner.
Here is example from PhotoGalleryCreator.com:
https://photogallerycreator.com/wp-content/plugins/flagallery-skins/rotator_widget_light/gallery.php?playlist=widget

I checked local folder according to your path
../wp-content/plugins/flagallery-skins/rotator_widget_light/gallery.php?playlist=widget . There are no any XML playlist files.

However, on different location ..\wp-content\flagallery\playlists\banner i found my playlist in XML format.

I didn’t touch anything after installing plugin. I also try to copy/paste XML file into rotator folder, but nothing happened.

Please advise.

No, don’t copy. That’s right place for XML files. I told you click the link in browser (chrome, firefox) and see if there is error generated.
Itold you to replace sitenae, widget folder name and playlist filename with yours and open as URL in browser should be something like: https://localhost/wp-content/plugins/flagallery-skins/rotator_widget_light/gallery.php?playlist=test

I added one more image to playlist – same issue.

I take a look at XML and image size – my banners are 600×116 px, while in XML there are two values: https://i.imgur.com/08iNpHk.png

Do I need to create images according to dimensions in XML file?

No, this is not related. It should work with 3 images, if not, then I should look closer on your problem, but I can’t while your site is on local machine (XAMPP)
