I’m sorry that you’re having issues. This particular issue is one we have documented in our FAQ here: https://awpcp.com/forum/faq/fatal-error-allowed-memory-size-of-x-bytes-exhausted/

It’s because you have shared hosting with 66MB of RAM. That’s too small to run AWPCP and not something we can fix. We recommend that you run AWPCP with 128MB of RAM or higher.
