Mmm, it would have been much better to talk about this in the Support Threads – especially that this issue might not even be related to the plugin, but in the way you set up the related Facebook app.
You probably don’t know it, but it’s really difficult to make such a plugin (as it depends on many external services). Also, most of those features are free; I worked really hard for months to achieve this. This plugin struggles to find users as they are big players out there (which are not necessarily better, but they have been here longer, so more reviews, more downloads). Bad reviews are like knives in this plugin’s heart and I have honestly no idea how I can keep it alive here.
Just though I’d let you know. It’s your right to write this review, but I believe it’s better to report issues to the developers and to know the impact those reviews sometimes have on the plugins and their developers.
