Couldn’t find Reports anywhere on site..

  • Hello,
    I installed & activated, I setting up with my google account.. and I couldn’t find anywhere any report page.. all the documentation is to explain how to install.. how to configure.. but they will never tell you where you can find the report page.. you must guess like a wordpress wizard where to find this useful tool.. I’ve also searched maybe in others forums.. or post.. but I couldn’t find nothing, because the name “Enhanced Ecommerce Google Analytics Plugin for WooCommerce” is so long that’s difficult to relate with any other word to get good results… Maybe it worked very fine.. but maybe I’ll never know!

    I do not intend to harm or cause any shock to your team or plugin development. I think that the most important section in the use of this plugin should be directly accessible and not hidden. I also think as a suggestion that you should add in the description section of your plugin where to find the reports section. You should also add the same information in the screenshots section.

    The FAQ is the section for those who have doubts about possible errors or do not understand how this tool really works. Why should the most important section of your plugin function be here?

    Anyway, I decided not to use your tool, but I decided to change my review only so as not to affect your team and the development of your tool, even if I think otherwise.

    I can’t buy a car and not have the driving controls. It is purely logical.

    We are amazed to see this review as we have clearly mentioned in our FAQ section about where you could find the reports in GA, here is the reference screenshot.
