couldn't find "apply" button

    Hello Guys, I am using 4.2.3 version and I want to edit a widget’s text. I couldn’t find the apply button, instead just “save and publish”. Since I’m not knowledgeable that much on wordpress, I’m afraid to save and publish until I’m sure I have seen the preview. Is the screen good as a preview? I had encountered some editing before when the page got distorted so that’s why I’m concerned not to save and publish before preview. Thanks a lot for your help.

    This plugin is now part of Core. The plugin should not be used any longer.

    The apply button should normally not apply. Whenever making a change in a widget, it should refresh the preview to show you your changes. The apply button only appears in an edge case.
