Couldn’t even get started

I attempted to use this plugin but couldn’t get past verifying the ml api key. I would enter the key, verify, then enter the ck and cs, which would not load. It would say that the details were saved, but then return an error to update the group, but the section where I was to select a group, displayed “no groups found”. I attempted to rectify this with ML customer support, but only received a form response with the link to the instructions. I followed up, but have yet to hear back several hours later. I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin 3 times and still would not work. Guess I have to try another email marketing platform.
