Couldn’t connect to the Drupal database.

    Hi,

    We are trying to import Drupal into WordPress, they are both on the same server/host.Just a different folder of course

    But we are getting this error message when testing the database connection:

    “Couldn’t connect to the Drupal database. Please check your parameters. And be sure the WordPress server can access the Drupal database.”

    If both databases are on the same server, please double check the database credentials (host, login, password, database name and tables prefix). It should work.
    You can find the credentials in the Drupal file sites/default/settings.php
