• Hi there,

Great plugin. Unfortunately, I hit an issue.

I got a white screen after trying to activate a snippet (incidently, one that was supposed to change WooCommerce text, similar to another support request posted further down this page). However, the safe mode code didn’t work for me. I had to rename the plugin folder and clear OP cache to get the site working again. But now, I can’t re-activate the plugin to get rid of the bad snippet. I have deleted and reinstalled the plugin, but still can’t activate it without causing white screen.

Is there any other way of me clearing the previously stored snippets, so that I can start with a fresh install?

Thanks in advance for your help,

    Dave

    Hey Dave,

I am not sure why safe mode isn’t working, but if you have access to your WordPress database you should be able to remove all of the data from the wp_snippets table (the wp_ prefix might be different depending on how your site is configured), and they will be removed from your site.
